In today’s global business environment, the stakes are high. From ridiculous headlines to awkward or sloppy use of the local language, translation and interpretation mistakes can be costly, embarrassing, and even disastrous. The American Translators Association has been an advocate for Interpreters and Translators around the globe since 1959 and has over 11,000 members in 90 countries. ULS is a Corporate member of the ATA and subscribes to the ATA code of professional Conduct and business practices. Many of our Interpreters and Translators are ATA Certified.
Association of Translators and Interpreters of Florida (ATIF)
ATIF is dedicated to promoting professional recognition and growth opportunities through educational and training initiatives targeting T&I professionals in the State of Florida. ATIF is a Chapter of the American Translators Association.
South Florida Paralegal Association
SFPA began in 1979 as a way to provide a local forum for ideas relating to the paralegal profession. In 1993 SFPA became an affiliate of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and in 2008, SFPA became an affiliate of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA). SFPA continues to work diligently to enhance the competence and effective use of professional paralegals through education, active participation in the legal community and forming alliances with local and state bar associations.
